JJ11 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to JJ11 — Pakistan's premier online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at jj11.ws. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and JJ11 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). They apply to every aspect of your interaction with JJ11, including account creation, deposits, game play, sports betting, bonus participation and withdrawal of funds.

Please take the time to read these Terms completely before you register or deposit. We have made every effort to write them in clear, accessible English rather than impenetrable legal language. These Terms are written in English (en-PK) and are intended primarily for players in Pakistan. All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use JJ11, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. JJ11 does not permit minors to open accounts or access any gambling services.
• You must be the account holder and acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as an agent.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, partner, or close family member of a current employee of JJ11 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from JJ11 or any other affiliated platform at the time of registration.

JJ11 takes its responsibility regarding underage gambling seriously. If you believe a minor has accessed the platform, please contact us immediately at support@jj11.ws.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) account on JJ11. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When you register, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information, including:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport)
• A valid mobile number registered in your name
• A valid email address you actively use
• Your date of birth

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. JJ11 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your password or login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits at JJ11 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though JJ11 reserves the right to apply limits on a case-by-case basis.

JJ11 accepts deposits via the following methods:

Deposits are credited to your JJ11 PKR wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. JJ11 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside our control.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from JJ11 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There are no withdrawal fees on amounts up to Rs 5,00,000.

Standard processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 5–15 minutes during operational hours
• Bank Transfer (IBFT): Typically within 2–6 hours on business days
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically within 1–3 business days

Before processing a withdrawal, JJ11 may request identity verification (KYC) documentation including a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, and a selfie with your CNIC. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement and is not targeted at any specific player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

JJ11 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus rules that apply to all JJ11 promotions:

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible players as stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for the JJ11 welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount. Individual promotions may carry different requirements — always check the specific offer terms.
• For wagering requirement purposes: slots and instant games contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; sports bets (odds of 1.50 or greater) contribute 100%; sports bets below odds of 1.50 do not contribute.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited after expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method.
• JJ11 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not negatively affect players who have already opted in under the original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, hedging bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other method intended to exploit bonus terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on JJ11, across both sports betting and casino games:

• All bets and game stakes are placed using your PKR wallet balance. You cannot place a bet exceeding your current available balance.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and event. These are displayed at the point of betting and vary by market and game.
• JJ11 uses certified RNG software for all non-live games. Live casino games use physical dealing equipment operated by licensed studio providers. Neither the Platform nor its game providers manipulate outcomes after bets have been placed.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet settlement, JJ11 will use the game provider's server logs to determine the outcome. The result recorded on the server is final.
• Obvious errors in odds or game displays (e.g., an incorrect price significantly below market value) are not binding on JJ11. We reserve the right to void any bet placed on an obvious error price and return the stake.

8. Sports Betting Rules

The following additional rules apply specifically to sports betting on JJ11:

• Match Result Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result at the end of scheduled play (including Super Overs in cricket where applicable). Extra time in football does count for match winner markets unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abandoned/Postponed Matches: If a cricket match is abandoned and no DLS result is awarded, bets are voided and stakes returned. Football bets on a match postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time are voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: All in-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the stated market rules. JJ11 does not guarantee market availability during live events — markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of the trading team.
• Accumulator Bets: All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to be paid. If one or more selections are voided (e.g., due to a match abandonment), the remaining selections stand and the accumulator is recalculated with the voided selection removed at odds of 1.0.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single payout on any sports bet is Rs 50,00,000 per day per player. Accumulator bets are subject to the same daily cap.

9. Casino & Live Games

All casino games available on JJ11 — including slots, RNG table games, live dealer games, game shows and progressive jackpots — are operated by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO and Microgaming, among others.

• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the theoretical long-term return over millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.
• Progressive jackpot seeds and meter values displayed in-game are provided by the game provider and are indicative only. JJ11 is not responsible for discrepancies in jackpot display values.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the Platform's server record of the game state is final. Winnings will be credited to your account upon confirmation of the game outcome, even if you were disconnected when the result was determined.
• Free spins or bonus rounds awarded within a game (i.e., in-game free spins) are subject to the game provider's own rules and do not constitute a bonus offer from JJ11. They have no cash value separate from the game outcome.

10. Player Conduct

JJ11 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards the following conduct. Engagement in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or circumvent any account restriction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker or other multi-player games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through a known software error must be reported and will be voided.
• Any activity constituting or suspected to constitute money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Providing false documentation in response to a KYC request.

11. Privacy & Data

JJ11 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In brief, JJ11 collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention obligations. 12. Responsible Gaming

JJ11 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become a problem, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following tools are available to all JJ11 account holders directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an alert after a defined period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week or month.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from JJ11 for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and all marketing communications are stopped immediately.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

JJ11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder cannot be verified as aged 18 or over.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial crime.
• A player has self-excluded and attempts to open a new account.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe after a request.
• The account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (inactive account policy applies — see below).

Inactive Accounts: An account that has no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as inactive. JJ11 will send notification emails to the registered address before any inactive account fees are applied. An inactivity fee of Rs 100 per month may be deducted from the balance of an inactive account after the notification period. Accounts with a zero balance are closed after 24 months of inactivity.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's nominated withdrawal method after completion of any necessary verification.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JJ11 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, winnings or anticipated savings resulting from any failure of the Platform, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any action or inaction by third-party payment providers (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, banks or card networks) that results in a delayed or failed transaction.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Inaccuracies in published information that are promptly corrected once identified.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by JJ11's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

JJ11 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated to you via the email address registered on your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
