Registration & Account

Creating a JJ11 account takes under two minutes. Visit jj11.ws and click Register. Fill in your full name (as on your CNIC), Pakistani mobile number (+92), email address and date of birth. Accept the Terms & Conditions, tick the age confirmation box and submit. You will receive an SMS OTP on your number — enter it on screen and your account is live. No documents are required at sign-up; KYC verification is completed before your first significant withdrawal.

Yes — creating a JJ11 account is completely free. There is no registration fee, no sign-up charge and no monthly subscription. The only money that enters your account is what you voluntarily choose to deposit. The minimum first deposit to activate your welcome bonus is Rs 200.

JJ11 allows only one account per player, per household and per payment method. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is a breach of the Terms & Conditions and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited. A clear photo or scan of your Pakistani CNIC (both sides) or a valid passport is required for KYC verification. You may also be asked to provide a selfie holding your ID. Once verified, no further ID submission is required unless your account is subject to an enhanced review.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address. An SMS OTP or reset link will be delivered within 60 seconds. Use it to set a new password. Reset links expire after 15 minutes. If you do not receive a message after two attempts, contact support at support@jj11.ws with "PASSWORD RESET" in the subject line.

Accounts lock automatically after five consecutive failed login attempts. The lock lifts after 30 minutes, or you can use the password reset flow to unlock immediately. If your account was suspended for a different reason — such as a security review or responsible gaming restriction — contact support at support@jj11.ws and the team will explain the situation and help you resolve it.

Deposits & Payments

JJ11 accepts the most widely used payment methods in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits are processed in PKR — there is no currency conversion and no hidden fee charged by JJ11. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own standard transaction fee according to their policy.

The minimum deposit on JJ11 is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit set by JJ11, though your individual Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet limits imposed by your mobile network will apply.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your JJ11 PKR wallet instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits can take 10–30 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. Visa/Mastercard deposits are also typically instant. If a deposit has not appeared in your balance after 30 minutes, contact the support team at support@jj11.ws with your transaction reference number and the amount.

JJ11 does not charge any fee on deposits. The full amount you send is credited to your PKR wallet. However, third-party payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank may deduct a small transaction fee according to their own schedule — this is outside JJ11's control. Check your provider's fee structure if you want to confirm the exact amount received.

This occasionally happens due to network delays between your payment provider and JJ11. Wait 30 minutes before contacting support — most pending deposits resolve automatically. If the balance still has not appeared after 30 minutes, email support@jj11.ws with the following details: your registered mobile number, the payment method used, the deposit amount in PKR, the date and time of the transaction, and the transaction ID or reference number from your mobile wallet or bank. The team will trace the payment and credit your account.

Withdrawals

Log in to your JJ11 account, navigate to your wallet and select "Withdraw." Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and choose your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank transfer. Make sure the destination account details match your registered information exactly. Confirm the request and you will receive a confirmation notification. Withdrawals to mobile wallets typically arrive within 15–30 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount on JJ11 is Rs 500. There is no upper limit set by JJ11 on withdrawal amounts, though large withdrawals may require additional KYC documentation as a routine security measure. Your mobile wallet's own transaction limits also apply.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include pending KYC verification (documents not yet submitted or approved), an active bonus balance that has not yet completed wagering requirements, a mismatch between your withdrawal account name and your JJ11 registered name, or a high-volume processing period. If your withdrawal has not arrived within two hours and none of the above apply, contact support at support@jj11.ws with your withdrawal ID and the team will investigate immediately.

As a general rule, JJ11 requires withdrawals to be made to the same account or number used for the original deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement. If you have changed your mobile wallet number or bank account since depositing, contact support before requesting a withdrawal so the team can guide you through the account update process. Do not attempt to withdraw to an unregistered third-party account.
